1. All warranty will be provided by OEM.
2. Please retain your sales receipt for warranty claims.
3. Applicable products are warranted against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a specified period from the date of purchase.
4. The warranty however does not cover wear and tear and damages due to inappropriate use.
5. Products are not warranted against damages caused by mishandling, battery leakages, connection faults, moisture and accessories.

You may return merchandise to a Effective Gadgets in person or by mail to our return center. You will receive your money back if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.

Restocking Fee

Personal Data
Please remove all personal data (e.g., computer or wireless phone data) from any returned products. Effective Gadgets is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.
Promotional Items and Rebates
Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

We work hard to bring you low prices. If you have found a better price for an item at another authorized dealer, we will do everything posssible to meet or beat that price. Please call us. You can also place your order online 24 hours a day and paste the full web address of the product as seen on another site in the comments section of the checkout. You will not be charged until we check the price and will contact you directly if we find the other price to be invalid.
